By accessing or using Seven & Up, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Use of the Platform
Seven & Up provides a search and booking platform for extended hotel stays of seven nights or more. You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking and are responsible for ensuring all information provided is accurate.
3. Bookings and Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Pricing includes applicable taxes where stated. Payment terms and cancellation policies vary by property and are shown at checkout.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies are set by individual properties and displayed before booking confirmation. Seven & Up will facilitate refunds in accordance with the property policy. Service fees may be non-refundable.
5. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@sevennup.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
6. Limitation of Liability
Seven & Up acts as an intermediary between guests and properties. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of properties, or for any loss, damage, or injury arising from a stay. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant booking.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Seven & Up or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
