Working at Seven & Up
A small team, hiring slowly
We don't post jobs to grow headcount. We hire when there is a specific problem only a specific person solves, which means the list below is short and it moves slowly.
What we are looking for now
Two things ahead of everything else: someone who can build hotel supply in a small number of cities, and someone who has done growth for a marketplace or a travel product before and knows which channels are worth testing first.
After those, engineering on the booking and loyalty side. We would rather wait for the right person on any of these than fill the seat.
- Supply and partnerships — getting the right properties into a handful of cities, deeply
- Growth — channel testing for a marketplace, ideally with travel experience
- Engineering — booking infrastructure, and the loyalty features that are still unbuilt
How we work
Remote-first, with enough overlap with US Eastern to have a conversation rather than a thread. Small enough that you will touch things outside your title, and early enough that the things you touch will still be there in a year.
The team travels this way — extended stays are not a market we researched, they are how several of us live.
Getting in touch
careers@sevennup.com. Tell us what you would take on and how you found us. If you have spent real time as a long-stay traveller, say so — it is more useful here than it sounds.
No open req, no closing date, no pipeline. If the fit is right we will make room.
