- A named human by email, within one business day, for any stay you have booked or are on.
- We ask, and we tell you what they said — reply to your confirmation with a request for the property and we put it in writing and report back their actual answer. Never "you'll get it".

How are nights counted?
Every paid night you complete at a Seven & Up property counts — whether that's one long stay or several. Nights count when you check out, not when you book.
Are there tiers?
No. No tiers, no points, no status to maintain, no annual reset. Extended-stay guests book a few times a year, so a ladder built for weekly business travellers would be one nobody climbs. There is one membership and everyone in it gets the same thing.
How does the Extend Rate work?
On a qualifying stay we take a smaller booking fee than usual, so you pay less than the price we show everyone else — capped, and shown to you before you book. We do it by reducing our own cut. We do not change the hotel's rate.
Can I cancel and still get the night credit?
No — only completed nights count. Cancelling works exactly as your booking's own policy says; a cancelled stay simply doesn't add to your night total.
Who actually pays for my stay?
Our booking provider collects payment, holds the funds and issues any refund, and they are shown to you at checkout. That is why our benefits are things we control ourselves — the price you pay, the information you get and the help you receive — rather than credit or points we would have to issue against money we never handle.
Is there an annual fee?
Never. The Extender’s Club is and always will be free to join — that's the whole point. We make money on bookings, not membership fees.
