How are nights counted?
Every paid night you complete at a Seven & Up property counts toward your tier — whether it's a single stay or many short ones. Nights count when you check out, not when you book.
When do I tier up?
Automatically. The moment you cross the next threshold (30 nights for Silver, 90 for Gold), your account upgrades for your next booking. No request, no approval, no waiting.
When does my tier reset?
Annually on the anniversary of the day you joined. At reset, your tier recalculates based on nights completed in the prior 12 months. Stay 90+ and you stay Gold.
Do the discounts apply to taxes and fees?
The percentage off applies to the room rate. Local taxes, resort fees, and cleaning fees follow each property's posted policy — same as any booking.
What counts as a participating property?
All Seven & Up listings unless specifically noted. A small number of perks (breakfast, room upgrades, co-working access) are property-dependent and shown on each listing page so there are no surprises.
Can I cancel and still get the night credit?
No — only completed nights count. Free cancellation still works per your tier's policy; cancelled stays simply don't add to your night total.
Can perks extend to my travel companion?
Gold members can name one travel companion who shares Gold-level perks during stays you both attend. Rolling out 2026.
Is there an annual fee?
Never. The Extend Club is and always will be free to join — that's the whole point. We make money on bookings, not membership fees.
