Seven & Up is a booking platform for hotel stays of seven nights or more. If you are writing about extended-stay travel, remote and relocating workers, or how hotels price long stays, here is everything we can tell you without a phone call.
The one-line version
Seven & Up sells hotel stays of a week or longer, with prices that include the fees hotels usually collect at check-in. Headquartered in Miami; the team works across six time zones.
The story we are actually interesting on
Long-stay pricing is quietly broken. Hotels commonly quote a total that omits a resort or amenity fee collected on arrival, and those fees are typically charged per night — so they grow with the length of the stay while staying out of the number people compare.
We measured it: across 57 priced hotels for a single seven-night window in Miami, 35 carried excluded fees, with a median uplift of 26.8% and a worst case of 119%. Because a large excluded fee is precisely what allows a low advertised total, sorting by the quoted price systematically promotes the properties that will cost the guest most.
That is the reason every price on this site is all-in, and it is a more concrete story than "we do extended stays".
How the business works
We are not a hotel and hold no inventory. Rooms come from a supply partner network; Nuitée is the merchant of record and takes the payment, holds the funds and issues refunds. We earn a commission on completed stays.
Stage
Early. The product is live and books real inventory, but the company is young and some features — The Extender’s Club loyalty programme among them — are still in development. We would rather you print that than a number we cannot support, and we will not give you one we cannot.
